Andy A was very knowledgeable, nice, and helpful. Thank you. I wrote the review statement above too soon. Turns out that the problem was NOT a plugged vent from the dryer to the exterior of the house (a very short run of venting) the problem was that the dryer was plugged. Andy refused to check the back of the dryer even though I asked. He only checked the air flow outside the house. He didn't check the air flow from the dryer. He blamed the lack of air flow outside the house to a plugged vent even though I told him the vent had been cleaned December 7 and it was now January 9. He was lazy and didn't want to thoroughly check the dryer. I paid a $100 deductible because I have Sears Protect and feel like I have been ripped off by Sears. Their service tech didn't do his job but I had to pay anyway. My thanks to the dryer vent cleaner who came back and cleaned out the dryer. He did the job the Sears service tech, Andy A. should have done.
