Service occurred in El Cajon CA Ray service tech was very pleasant and friendly came and checked out my old 20 year old washing machine due to clear water leakage coming out from bottom of the machine and said I needed to have the drain cleaned out . I laid the $119 that’s ok as he did a nice service call .Called a drain guy and he came today and that seems to solve the problem . One thing that is nice I was able to schedule someone to come out the next day ( not even 24 hrs after leakage was seen) everything is done by AI You never get to speak with a live person They take debit card unless you use a credit card and they will charge a service fee
