Great service. Raymond B. did an excellent job. He had to order the part twice to get the right part for our microwave. We were kept informed of the arrival of the technician and he did a great job to repair the refrigerator.

After five weeks of waiting for parts from Sears, the frustration reached a peak when the parts provided to their technician were both incorrect and not OEM. Instead of prioritizing quality, the parts department opted for cheap aftermarket parts from Amazon. Thankfully, the technician took initiative, contacted a local appliance supply store, and sourced the correct OEM part. The installation was completed successfully thanks to their expertise and resourcefulness. It’s ironic that the cost-cutting decision to save a few cents could have resulted in spending far more in the long run. Thank goodness for skilled and intelligent technicians who know how to get the job done right.
