Very pleased with our service today. Gary, our repairman, was very professional and super friendly. He was thorough in his work. He was patient as he took the time to answer any questions we had. He even saved us some money by recognizing we did not need one of the parts we ordered and politely told me we were due for a refund. I really appreciate the hard-work and honesty. Thank you Gary!
