Steve came out on 6/7 to repair our washer and perform a PM service on 3 other appliances. With his diagnostic done we needed several replacement parts which he ordered. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. UPDATE: 6/18/24 All of the the parts needed to perform the repair on our washer arrived on 6/14. Technician David came out today to do the final repair work. He definitely knew his stuff!! The job took 5 parts and dismantling pretty much the whole machine. He was focused, professional and had our washer working in about 1 1/2 hours. Thanks, David for getting us back in working order!!

Repairman called prior to arrival and worked carefully on my refrigerator. He tested the replacement icemaker before leaving. No complaints on the work. I just wonder what happened to the original morning appointment I had where no one showed up or contacted me.
