Technician was fantastic. He did a very thorough check on why my refrigerator wasn’t making ice. Came to the conclusion it was the solenoid valve. I did not have them fix it because it cost half as much as a refrigerator did 10 years ago. I figured my husband could figure it out and I’d buy the part on Amazon. However, miraculously after he left, it started making ice. So I assume in the process of making sure everything was hooked up correctly something got jiggled enough For it to start working again. So it was well worth the house call.
