The service was excellent! Even though Brian was not able to replicate the issue I had reported, which is intermittent, he performed a detailed assessment of the main system components. The reason I am not giving SEARS 5 stars, is because they cancelled my service once, the same morning they were supposed to come. They keep sending you reminders about your upcoming appointment every day prior to it, including weekends, and warn you that you’re responsible to pay the call fee if you cancel less than 24 hours before, but then they cancel you on the same day. Totally unacceptable as I had to change my own schedule to be at home.

Repair person replaced the lid switch, indicating the washer was now functional. After repair person left I attempted to run a light wash through the normal cycle and the new switch continued to make a clicking noise and would not allow the wash cycle to commence. This was frustrating as my account was already charged for the switch replacement. Still, I thought that Andy did a timely repair of changing the lid switch and cable. Unfortunately there is now a constant water drip into the interior basket.

The original repair date that scheduled was changed to several days later. The text that was sent to me to confirm the date wasn’t set up correctly. I had to respond several times. This could be better. Arturo was the repairman and had the correct part so he fixed the microwave in 1/2 hour. 5* for Arturo.
