This wa the 8th visit by the company, and they still didn’t have the parts I paid for one month ago. I’m very disappointed. I don’t think I will ever use this service again.

Your automated system is beyond awful. I usually need to call 3 times to get through. The people answering the phones have such strong accents I can barely understand them. My renewal contract was screwed up which cost me hundreds of dollars I shouldn't have had to pay for repairs. The repairman are great. The support staff suck.

Zero stars, Peter misled us, and gave us no estimate or opportunity to decline service (which we would have) before he did the work. We never approved the $300 charge. The estimate approval had a forged signature. A complaint was filed and we will dispute the charge unless a $180 refund is provided.

Really bad service, technician wanted to leave the minute he arrived he couldn't fix my issue due to thermostat being operated manually and with wifi

The technician was great , BUT, the customer service (phone representative) was HORRIBLE ! My appt was reschedule without having any conversation with me. I was repeatedly told several times, different arrival times. Noone EVER called me and I spent the WHOLE day waiting around. My time is valuable too and I would love to get a partial refund. Your company reports we, the customer, will be charged a fee if we cancel at the last minute and I truly feel it should go both ways. I hope I never have to use your service again as I don't feel valued at all and this visit was expensive !! UNHAPPY CUSTOMER !!! I give the technician a 10 out of 10 !!! Once again, his service was great !

Technician showed up and says he cannot work on mini split AC system. Would have been nice if they would have mentioned that prior to coming out. Still had to pay $70 for service fee. Total scam. Don’t buy home warranty.
