The technician did great, nice job trying to troubleshoot. Although the repairs would have been just as costly as buying a new unit, the technician did a great job explaining the situation and root causing the issue. Great job.

Raymond B. was knowledgeable about my Kenmore cooktop and carefully explained my repair options. The option for complete repair was not possible because a critical part was no longer available (and it would have been very expensive). He gave me a reasonable workaround that allows me to use the cooktop with no additional expense and gives me time to decide whether or not to replace the cooktop.

Arturo was professional and cleaned up after himself. He is the 4th appliance repairman who came to my home for the oven repair, and was the ONLY one who was able to complete the job.
