Sears showed up on the 5th and 6th visit to fix my monogram ice machine. They replaced the main computer in the refrigerator and it’s been working great for the last week.

My gas clothes dryer was not getting as hot as it should have. Peter came out and diagnosed the problem as the gas valve. Peter was friendly, professional, and certainly knew what he was doing. He was able to clear a clog in the gas valve to correct the problem. He even went the extra mile while he had the dryer apart by cleaning out the lint from the interior of the dryer. I am so happy to have a working gas clothes dryer again!
