This repairman was friendly and thorough and on time! I did not like dealing with an AI robot at all. Did not correct the spelling of my name for correction despite saying she would. The first person out was poor at communicating and the price danced around. Wanted to see the home owners warranty for all products in the home. Was very irritated by him. The repairman was easy to talk to. Wish Sears would employ humans so I can stay with them.
