Technician gets 5 stars good job very friendly and professional, company gets 2 stars suppose to be here a day sooner waited all day no show and no correspondence, only number to contact is automated with there own questions to ask pretty useless and unprofessional

Recently we required service on our air conditioner because it stopped working right at the beginning of the heat wave. I called HWA our home warranty company and they scheduled an appointment for us. The service tech Mohammad was excellent. He showed up on time and evaluated the situation an explaining everything to me in the necessary detail. He was very personable and made everything go really smoothly. Within a short while our air conditioner was up and running working perfectly. It's really great to get an excellent service tech through a reliable company. I'm very satisfied with the outcome.
