Technician was fantastic. He did a very thorough check on why my refrigerator wasn’t making ice. Came to the conclusion it was the solenoid valve. I did not have them fix it because it cost half as much as a refrigerator did 10 years ago. I figured my husband could figure it out and I’d buy the part on Amazon. However, miraculously after he left, it started making ice. So I assume in the process of making sure everything was hooked up correctly something got jiggled enough For it to start working again. So it was well worth the house call.

John was a great technician, very knowledgeable and informative. He diagnosed both the fridge & dishwasher quickly, got the parts and replacement ordered, and also set the return appointment quickly and efficiently.
