The technician that came to the house gave the wrong diagnosis and said a part for motor was needed. After the insurance company gave me permission to go in other direction, it was a wiring issue that cost me 1/3 of the estimate for the part. Not good business here!

No one showed up to fix my washing machine. I wasted 4 hours for nothing. At 10:12 rcvd text tech was on his way. Rcvd request to rate him -- don't know whose washing machine he fixed, but it was not mine. Kindly contact me asap.

Overcharged. Support unhelpful. Don’t waste your money. I feel completely ripped off. $50 to vacuum under our dishwasher. If Anthony is scheduled to help you, reschedule now!!!

Your company was assigned by my home warranty company HWA. John was fine when he got here and diagnosed the problem. Then he tried to use the company portal they use on their phone to submit the repair authorization to HWA and it didn’t work. I had to call my warranty company 6 times and the only thing they could do from their end since it was an issue with A&E’s authorization tool was send their link to submit the repair authorization directly to A&E like most other companies do but John said that wouldn’t work. He gave absolutely no other alternatives and said he was just a tech and couldn’t contact anyone to help with the authorization tool he was having issues with. It was a complete waste of my time. Now HWA has to schedule a different company to do the job and send out a different tech to do another diagnosis. Very unprofessional and poor experience. I will never use or recommend A&E again.

The absolute WORST. Do NOT, I repeat do NOT allow this company in your home. You WILL be ripped off. Its a bait and switch. They falsely advertise one price, come out to your home then overcharge you. The tech then had the nerve to get combative and argumentative when I questioned the charges. Oh and the support team is completely unhelpful. Take this as a sign to find a different company!

Our washer repair that started in April was finally completed today. The original parts were never delivered and it took three months and countless phone calls, followed by three scheduled appointments to get the job done. It was only an hour repair. The repair was good but it took three separate by appointments for him to show up. Legit reasons but no communication in either of the first two attempts. Then, left a huge mess under the repair site. He didn’t make the mess but didn’t give us an opportunity to clean before replacing the washer in its proper location.

He called and showed up then did nothing! He said since he didn’t hear it we could take a video and call back. He stated that in the contract, the contract states unless he can hear it he’s not allowed to proceed. I have a maintenance agreement with you and he still did nothing. Opened the dryer door and shut it. No noise so he left.
