Worst customer service. Didn't fix my fridge and charged me 700 bucks. Couldn't even speak to a real person. This is a total scam. Don't use them

Today my mom had our dryer checked due to it having an issue with drying clothes. Turns out something bad happened to the dryer but I will like to talk about Brandon W. Senior whatever he is because it is not important to me matter a fact and how poorly he was treating my mother before I came out of my room. He came early in the morning today and my mom didn’t want to wake me up but keep in mind my mom only speaks Spanish. My mom not wanting to wake me up tried to converse to him and he was just being full on rude to her to the point he was saying I don’t want to talk to you. She calls my dad who does know how to speak English and Brandon said he wants to speak to my dad and not her. Keep in mind my dad is at work how in the world do you expect him to stop working to just talk to some rude guy? So my mom wakes me up and I was already awake kinda able to hear how he was talking to my mom because my room is across the hall from the laundry room. Now he’s speaking kind and professional to me but my mom pulls me aside and says he was not talking to me like that or treating me and that she lied saying no one was home to speak English and that’s when he started being so rude to her. Now imagine if I wasn’t home? I also did confront him and said that’s unprofessional to be rude to not only the owner of the house you’re working at but basically who is paying you right now. Unprofessional, rude, and basically racist because my mom is a Spanish speaker. When confronted he tried saying it wasn’t suppose to come out that way and I said no I heard because i was already awake and he stayed quiet. Overall horrible technician to have because why are you treating a Spanish speaking lady different? Learn to be professional and not so damn rude.

The service technician said he was going to file a claim because he could not fix the waterline that goes into the refrigerator. He said it was too brittle. He said someone would get back to me within 3 to 5 days . 14 days later, no one has gotten back to me. I call and get the runaround. Come to find out, he didn’t submit anything so now I have to get a virtual appointment and wait and see what happens. I am really upset having to waist my time and waiting for a solution. Unbelievable!

This guy spent an hour opening up my Samsung washer that wasn't draining water. Said I needed a drain pump replaced and possibly a mainboard replaced too, costing almost $700 in which I declined. I just had a Samsung repair woman who opened up my washer, found a clump of hair and fixed the problem with no part replacement needed. I just spent $129 for him to waste my time and diagnose the problem wrong. Also during the time he was opening up my washer he was on the phone with someone talking about wanting his hourly wage increased. Crazy how he wants to be paid more and can't even take out a clump of hair.

You service is no good tec never show up he call he is really rude he did not know how to talk to the customer I let lg know to and you send me a tax no body home no body show up you tec call me he can’t find the address he don’t want to listen to me and hang up on me

Fake address. It was once Kmart that closed down more than a decade ago recently changed to a Tractor Supply (currently active 2025)and Big Lots (closed down 2024).
