Our tech-Jamie was awesome your appointment system Sucks!!! We received emails and a tracking link. He was coming all day long every-time we checked the time was extended. His arrival time was from 8 am till he actually arrived after 5 pm. We sat here the entire day based on the continued updating of his arrival time.

My experience with sears and their tech was absolutely horrible. I live in the desert area and yes I know it’s hot in the summers here. My AC went down and sears sent a tech to diagnose it. Well the tech was in and out in about 20-30 min with an answer of the AC has no power. He said I’ll submit the report for approval so we can get this fixed. Mind you he didn’t even wanna be there. He was cursing under his breath because it was hot and he was very mad that he was in this call. So fast forward he never submitted anything which prolonged the process and every time his dispatch tried to contact or email him there was no reply. That being said my home warranty company had to reassign the job and start the process over. I ended hiring my own AC company $4300 later and no AC for about 7 days in 117 degree weather. So yeah sears and their tech dropped the ball big time.

Our technician Mario was extremely rude. Kept cutting me off any time I tried to clarify or ask questions. Not only was he rude, he offered no actual help on our machine. Awfully disappointing.

I had a sears /technician scheduled for today 8/23/24 between 1pm-5pm and never showed up. What a waste of my time. Nobody from sears or choice home warranty called me or send me a text or email. Now sears giving me the run around. Bad customer service.
