I had a great experience with the technician, however the problem is with the scheduling process and how I was told multiple times on the phone that I would not have to pay anything today for the diagnostic check. I plan on getting a refund for the 99.00 I was told I would not have to pay by the company not the poor technician that was not aware of what I was told prior to him arriving.
