Jamie the technician diagnosed the problem but did not show on the install date. He indicated I was not home which is untrue. I was home all day and evening. No show on the next date. Terrible customer service. I give Roman 5 stars because he called when on his way, arrived and completed the repair. Very professional. I was a happy Sears customer many years and never had service like this.
