I really liked our technician he was perfect. I would love to see our technician in the window that is provided not two hours later as we have to take off of work.

The repairman knew exactly what was wrong and ordered the part. Installed in quickly without problem! The main problem was we were rescheduled 3 times. Even after I confirmed each time. It's been over 3 weeks since Sears was here the first time. I'm very disappointed in this!!!
