Daniel was great. Had another technician show up a couple days ago named Rudy D. Sent five messages I had double stacked washer dryer. When he showed up, he said he couldn’t do it and he’d never worked on that type of washing machine before. He had a helper with him and they said they couldn’t move the washer dryer out of its opening.It’s been done before. Had to call a plumber to pull it right out. He charged me $350 because it was leaking and an emergency call. Trying to get my money back on the warranty company it’s a joke.

Elijah was very prompt, helpful, took the time to explain what was going on, and cleaned up after removing the ice build up in the freezer. He was Very personable and quick to fix the problem.
