Sears has always been reliable and the technicians are very knowledgeable on what they are doing even offering helpful advice on how to maintain appliances in good working conditions. Our dryer needed an overhaul and the parts all arrived on time never had to reschedule. Our technician was courteous and very professional. All parts and labor were covered by the service agreement!!

The technician was very knowledgeable and helped me understand my refrigerator better. He fix my lighting problem and advised me on my broken shelf issue. The technician was very respectful and clean about everything he did. A real pluse when letting people in your home.. thanks!
