Nolan was excellent. He identified the problem quickly last Friday. he ordered the part for delivery this Friday when he will return. part wasn't here yet this morning he spent1nour chasing it down. He showed, installed the part and fridge is working again. Will take awhile to cool. Have suggestion. when have no fridge for a week, Sears needs to suggest what to do. Turns out after Nolan left the fridge never cooled properly. The fridge part didn't cool below 50 F and the freezer was all over the place from a low of 5 to a high of over 20 F. So called SEars on Saturday morning. They said Mark would visit me Saturday afternoon. In spite of guarantees, never made it. Now have to wait until Tueday, more days without a working fridge. Not pleased about this. Why should I be? Promises to be here on Saturday and never showed. Now more days without a fridge. Not good.

Our technician arrived on time with plenty of notice prior to. He performed the maintenance service and debriefed us on what he found. Also leveled the machine, which should improve performance. He was very nice and treated our home with respect. Great experience all around.
