Although the motor that was needed to fix my fridge was on back order for 2 months (which was completely out of Rosendo’s control), Rosendo went above and beyond to help us resolve our problem.

You would think after service is completed Sears would take the broken part. This is NOT the case. We needed the door replaced on our freezer and Sears REFUSED to take the broken door. The tech did us a "Courtesy" and took it down our driveway. Now I have a freezer door laying on our grass.
