Of the four service people you sent out Norberto was the only one who actually took the time to diagnose the problelm and fix it!! What a waste of my time to sit and wait for three other people to show up and do nothing!!!!!!!!! Next time, send the A team the first time. My time is too valuable to mess around with incompentence!

I wasn't happy ! My first call for repair was 4/8/26. After five (5)5 service calls a service tech finally was able to fix my ice maker in my refrigerator / Freezer in 6/11/26. This service tech was the only person out of (5) service techs that diagnosed the problem and fixed it!!! His name is Enrique S. He should receive an award!! Sears Repair needs the to address there service tech because e it should not have taken 3 mouths ti fix my ice maker!!! That is Unacceptable!!

Your all AI system sucks!!. Your system had an error that was not correctable without human contact. No human contact was possible through your AI system. Terrible customer service with our multi year service contract. After 3 weeks and 5 service visits still not repaired.
