I am really happy with my service. In the middle a hot snap in my state my AC unit couldn’t keep up. I called couple other companies and they didn’t service my Kenmore wall unit, and with talking to one of them I took picture of my unit and saw there was a 1-800 number to call for service. So I did and they were able to come out the next morning which was awesome (it was going to be 106 that day). All it needed was a good cleaning and we are back up and running. The technician was really honest and told us that he was surprised our unit was still working after 11 years as the unit we have usually only lasts about 5 years. Also let us know that if it does fail, that it would be cheaper to replace it than repair it. Which after shopping when it stopped working was right(because the unit is 11yrs old and Kenmore isn’t in existence anymore. I am really happy with my service!
