Frank provided a very high level of customer service. When he called he explained that it did not show that I had made the right service call for the Water Heater under the Sears Home Warranty service. He provided the correct information, therefore, I contacted Sears to open the correct service call under the plan. Upon receiving the service order #, Frank confirmed that I had made payment for the service call and provided the service order # to him. I had been out of hot water for 4 days with my grandbaby being here are my house. Thank you Frank for your excellent service and for fixing my water heater. You made our weekend!!! :)

The technician was very professional and attentive. He did not have the part but was resourceful and got a hold of bother technician that did. The part was hand delivered and the technician came back to instal same day! Excellent service!!
