Disinterested service man. Didn’t even wait to see if what he did was enough. Said it should be ok and left, after asking me if I wanted to get an extended warranty.

This was our 4th scheduled visit after receiving the 2 parts that were ordered. The new technicians decided it only need one of the two parts, the electronic water valve and not the control board. Well the dishwasher started and they left. As before it did not finish the cleaning cycle, stopped about 40 minutes in. Here we go again dealing with their PIA, AI repair system. Not Happy.

Technician was great. The sears name is unacceptable the AI is ridiculous not a live person. Took 4 days off of work to be there and constant rescheduling at sears leasure. No consideration to keep date product is scheduled for service.

Repairman said he couldn't fix my fridge because the serial number was faded on the fridge. I don't think he even wanted to do the job. Could have a least tried to call in for the serial number. They just take your money without even trying.

Extremely poor service. Wrong part was ordered but he installed it anyway. Refrigerator was not fixed. Told me to call Samsung since it was under warranty. What the heck!!!!
