First thing in the morning he reached out to me. He confirmed he had parted needed to repair refrigerator. Ethmane kept me posted during the day as to his arrival time.

Alex, Was great, he found the problem that Theo ther Tech caused. We had our Dryer PMed and when the Techs weee done it didn't dry clothes. Alex found the problem and fixed it. Very very knowable. I would have him back anytime

Did a great job! Very unsatisfied with 2 cancellations & no shows that were scheduled and very very frustrating not to be able to speak with a real person. This took forever to finally get done. We liked the technician but very very poor customer service regarding not being able to talk to someone.
