He was on time, worked steady and quickly - had trouble removing the white tub part. I haven't used the machine yet so don't know if it is fixed. He also moved a metal cabinet in the laundry which I never push or move so that it doesn't scratch the floor or break off at the bottom because it is old - he should have asked if it was okay to move. It did not damage anything. Also, I rec'd a box of parts in the mail later today. I want to know if Alfredo put back the old parts and will we have to make another appointment to install these: 5 white ring pieces and one metal spring. What do I do with these if they are not needed for my washer?

Not happy with missed appt window

We had an appt scheduled for 8-12 with many texts confirming appt time. The website show tech should be here between 8:10 & 9:08am. There were no updates to the website until around 2:18pm saying tech was on the way. Elijah just said his schedule showed us as his 7th appt with an 8-5 window. I reminded him HE was the one who scheduled us 8-12. He didn't apologize, just said he just goes by what he's given. I asked for his dispatch # or a # I could speak to a person. He said everything is AI even for him. My rating is less about Elijah than it is about this experience overall. Elijah installed the new part. Hopefully we won't have another problem. Not at all happy with Sears customer service. There should be access to a live person.

Floor was not protected before placing tanks and equipment on it. Floor was not cleaned up after finishing and they were missing a new part (which I paid for) and put the old part back in. New part arrived later today

Alex worked on machine and was very pleasant but issue is still there. Per his instructions I used wash cycle on machine with hot water 3 times after he left - twice with white vinegar and once with Clorox but still getting black spots on clothes.

I never met her because she was over an hour late and I had to go back to work. Son says her previous appt. needed a lot of extra help so I understand that but she could have called or texted to let me know.

Explained the problem and specifically said working but making loud noice at start and end and taking long time to cool. Received the text about technician may call or chat before come to see the real problem/ solve. Instead of that, technician came and said it's working, and left.
