Only problem was with the service tech was that he nor, Sears service didn't call when he was unable to meet first service call.

My refrigerator stopped working on Sunday Sears Repairman came here on Wednesday, found the leaking condenser to be the problem. Had to order the part to be installed the following Wednesday. I received the part Saturday. Made partial payment the first Wednesday but could not get a receipt. Tried to contact Sears, no luck. Made my own receipt. The repairman was excellent. Communications with Sears needs work,l AI does not answer your questions every time. I have used Sears service for over 60 years, I MISS THEM.

Your service person was fine. Your communication people were really, really bad ! English not their primary language. No follow up on part that apparently is not available any longer. End result nothing was repaired on my clothes washer! Remember communication with your customer base is paramount!!!
