Alex was a great repair man. I gave him a 5+. But your phone service with your techs sucks! He needed to get a hold of his company to get authorization to fix my dryer while he was here… He was put on hold for more than 20 minutes. Just as long as I have to wait usually. This is ridiculous. seriously, there should be a better way for your employees to get through to the area that they need to when they have questions. He was on the same hold line that I, as an outsider, uses!! As I've always said, sears is almost a good company. !!
