Alex was very specific about when he would arrive and he met his commitment to be there as promised. He was very cordial and asked what my issues were and what I expected in term so service. OI mentioned the diagnostic testing of both a[appliances. He began methodically to work on each piece of equipment and keeping my involved through his explanation of the services when provided. When questioned about an issues, he was well informed and was very free in explaining everything he did and why. When asked if he could check specific items of concern, he was very quick to respond and accommodate, once again explaining all aspects of the service, potential failures, things to look for, etc. An informative, very specific and complete inspection activity and corrective action was applied. Alex is a truly fine ambassador of the service provided by the Sears Home Services program.
