Alex is did a good job. The only problem i had was the time from 8-12 waiting time. He came almost 2 pm which is ridiculous. Almost 6 hours wasted. I hope next time this will not happen again.

Robert arrived on Monday. He quickly reviewed the problems with my refrigerator and explained what he was doing so I had an understanding of the process. He explained he had to order parts and would return. Sears contacted me with an appointment on Wednesday. I was contacted and told AHW cancelled the appointment and would contact me.
