Christ0pher called before he arrived. On arrival. he was polite. I showed him where the refrigerator was. and explained what was wrong. He went to work and explained somethings to me. He completed his work and said Good-bye. He left the area clean. I give him 5 Stars.

Ethmane called ahead to confirm the refrigerator's model number and possible problem to confirm he had the part on his truck, prior to arriving. Was also contacted via text message and kept up to date on his arrival. Replaced the ice maker is 20 minutes and we're happy.
