Chris was professional, courteous, Knowledgeable , and efficient in the diagnosis and repair. He ordered parts that came within a few days so that the next appointment could be scheduled only a week after diagnosis. Repairs are completed and cooling seems to be good again.

It is difficult to live without a washing machine. Carolyn came and saved the day! She gave us tips on how to keep the machine in working order and taught us which button to push to allow a thorough cleaning of the front loading rubber seal. It is a zillion degrees in our garage during this summer heat. She worked tirelessly to get the job done efficiently and correctly. We are grateful.

Christopher solved the problem of why my water dispenser was always a slow thin flow which took a long time to fill a pitcher. He pulled out the fridge and found that the tube behind had been half closed by a valve. Now it's a wonderful normal flow!!! Chris also gave me good advice about changing the filter. Thank you Chris!!!
