Technician was polite, courteous, on time and patent with my questions. As I don't know the workings of my frig, I was wondering if he checked the cooling fan that's for cooling compressor? I only know to ask now because my son mentioned it after the tech had already left. Please ask him to let me know if he did☺️thank you

Carolyn was wonderful. My dryer door would no longer close. She assessed the problem, took apart the door to access the broken part. Then she phoned a place to make sure they had one in stock. She explained that she would be back in about a half hour unless there was a long line once she got there. She returned with the part and efficiently installed it. She was friendly, knowledgeable and proficient.
