The repairman Chris was great. This is the 2nd or 3rd time he has been my repairmen. He replaced the freezer door & water filter assembly. However the door handle didn't fit so he "made it fit." Other than Chris, Sears did a very poor job. Their robot customer service is horrible! It's difficult to speak to an actual human. The door took at least 2-3 months to be shipped to me & it arrived without notice on my front porch. The customer service humans are contradictory & don't provide accurate information. I'm happy about the service Chris provided. Not so happy with Sears Warrenty Service overall.
