He was kind, understanding, and patient. He explained everything to me very clearly. This is a service that is well needed in my life. I thank the Lord for allowing me to find it; it was right on time. After receiving the part, he came out with no problem and fixed my washer right away.

The tech was punctual and quickly diagnosed the problem ... he fixed the washer, cleaned up and was very polite and knowledgeable. He gave me tips on preventing the ploblem and left... what a pleasant experience

Not going to say using Sears service is bad but $129 for diagnostic to just open an app on their phone and tell you “nope” we can’t get the part is all you get. The technician was prompt,pleasant and did what he could do..

Tech replaced part. Didn't check to see if it worked. Our ice machine still doesn't work and trying to get someone on the phone to help you was a pain.
