Steve was awesome. Came out, took a look and ordered the part. Came back the following week and installed it. Took him 15 minutes. Oven is working like it's brand new. Steve was on time and handled business. Much appreciated

The technician was excellent! Very knowledgeable, polite, helpful, and found the problem with a solution. He came back this morning with the parts he ordered and completely fixed my ice maker, and did so expediently. I’m so glad I bought this service. I had no idea that my model of refrigerator had a faulty ice maker, and that Samsung designed a new part to install specifically for people who purchased this model. Thank you very much. 😎
