Kris gets a 5 star review for repair, and being professional and knowledgeable (for ordering the correct part and coming back to check another technician's work). The tech who came to install the part (I was not home, had someone house-sitting who was not told his name) said we still needed another part and that there was another error code after installing the fan. But the next day, the refrigerator was running fine. I had to stay home another day to wait for a tech to come and finish the work and that technician parked at my gate, took a picture of it that he sent me in a text message (when he could have called me at that number) and left. I had to wait an additional day for Kris to come back and my unit was still working fine, (confirmed by him) with the part he had originally ordered that was installed by the technician who said it is still not running correctly (he gets 2 stars and sears gets 1 star for not having a person who can pick up the phone, requiring me to schedule/reschedule through an app only, and taking over a week to complete a repair).

Service technicians are good. The rest of the Service is ridiculous. I have been waiting 7 MONTHS for this repair. The technician sets up a follow up for 2 weeks and it took 5 w eeks for the communication to get through. Today he set up another return for August 5th. I hope someone will show up but due to previous issues I doubt it. It is now December 10th and washing machine is still not repaired. The Service technician is amazing. He has followed up on every call I make directly to him. However Sears is ridiculous. I told them 6 months ago the part was no longer available.

I provided seriel number in advance which wasn’t reviewed but we waited all day only to be told upon inspection that that seriel number no longer had replacement parts. Tech was also unwilling to look at 2nd appliance as it was only identified in work order notes not on actual work order

The technician was good and it did not take very long to install the circuit board, oven is working again. However, it was the second appointment, the first one was on 7/10/25, technician was a no show, we did not get any call from the tech or from Sears Appliance Repair team. It took me over an hour to get to a human to find out that no one was coming that day. You need more humans to help take the calls, your AI sucks.

Not timely, had appt for repair on first trip, had to order parts, parts arrived, no show or call for repair an installation of parts, was rescheduled after we called back to AHS, it was rescheduled for today, they completed installation of new parts. Hope it keeps working

3 hours late. Spent approximately 10 minutes to tell me I need a new washer. The repair would be to expensive. A total waste of my hard earned money! Your company is a rip off!

I was charged $496.00 to install a $60.00 part. It took 5 minutes.The rep promised a receipt by email. I’m still waiting. You can’t get them back on the phone. Finally after a month I received my receipt.
