This job was done via my home warranty. Kris, the technician was friendly, knowledgeable, prepared and efficient. After trying to get my microwave replaced with another company for almost a month. The Sears technician got my claim and with a matter of days, it was fixed.

Ernie was excellent! He texted to let us ahead of time he was coming and arrived earlier than the estimated time. He quickly identified the problem and gave us a quote. Unfortunately with the age of our machines, we decided to replace instead or repair.
