Refrigerator repair
Steve was on time and seemed to be efficient I what he was doing. I do have several complaints. 1). When I first called in the repair request I informed the call center person, can't remember his name but I believe he was in Houston, what the problem was and what was going to be required. I knew from previous experience that it was the compressor. I asked him to make a note on the service order to have all the necessary parts on the van as the house is in a very remote area. Naturally when the technician showed up,he had NO PARTS. So not only did I have to drive 4 hrs to meet him, ( and 4 hrs.), he had to drive an hour each way. 2). He ordered the parts required to make the repairs. I asked him to have the parts shipped to him for convenience reasons and said he couldn't. So over the next 4 or 5 days I was receiving packages. But as the follow up date became closer I was missing a part based upon your shipping information I was sent. I attempted to get an answer regarding the missing part. First I called UPS, they told me it was lost and to contact you so you could instigate a search for the missing part. I tried to convey this to you via your chat feature, 25 minutes later no resolve. It was now a day or two before I had to leave on a scheduled trip before my follow up repair appointment. I finally somehow got a hold of a real person, her name was Casey. She assured me the part would be delivered before I had to leave, IT WASNT. I then ordered the part myself through Sears and was told it would be delivered by 11/12. IT WASNT, It finally arrived on Nov.15 around 5:30 pm, 6 hrs after the technician finished making the repairs. So now I have a part which needs to be returned. 3). Technician stated I was going to be receiving a credit for duplicate parts but have not seen a credit as of yet

Victor could not service the refrigerator due to the plate in the refrigerator being worn. I have the Model # and Serial Number. Sears should have a way of finding out the plate data or have an idea about how much refrigerant should be added for LG Refrigerator Model # LFX 31925ST Serial # 203KRGG2G623 so I can get the refrigerator serviced. Why can't they do this ?

Easy fix. Replaced circuit board in about 5 minutes. 5 stars if hadn't taken 10 days to get the part shipped. Not an ideal amount of time to be without a refrigerator.

Very prompt, cleaned up machine and area when finished. Explained some things I could do differently to keep my washer from breaking down due to my lack of care. Very informative and when I asked a question, he was very knowledgeable about the machine and manufacturer. Showed me the problem with the part he replaced - it was eaten up by ???? - completely gone...
