Jordan is extremely knowledgeable about all appliances! For some reason the water line to our refrigerator became blocked which in turn caused the control panel to stop working thus making it impossible to use the water/ice dispenser- fortunately, the refrigerator/freezer remained in working condition so we didn't lose any of our food. He not only was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem but he also cleaned and checked the back and underneath the fridge where we found not only our two cats hair but some of their toys as well!

The service was provided with utmost professionalism, though a repair to my appliance was unsuccessful, the technician did as much as possible to fix the issue. Since the parts needed for a successful repair are not in production, he gave us options and recommendations for the replacement of our appliance.
