My technician was awesome! I did not like the call in number. After multiple failed attempts I never got the opportunity to speak with a live person to discuss my concerns and/or scheduling issues. Fortunately Ignaciio called me by noon to arrange a convenient time for me to be home for the repair work. Therefore Ignacio gets 5 stars!

Ignacio is very professional and easy to work with. The suggestion from his supervisors to take the malfunctioning electrical board and send it for repair would have left me without a refrigerator for two or more weeks, which was unworkable. They indicated they would not replace the refrigerator. Since the broken parts are sent to a company that repairs them, it should be possible for them to ship a repaired board. Have Ignacioi to install it in my refrigerator to fix the icemaker. Then the broken part could be returned to the repair company and fixed. I was told the part is no longer made so had to be repaired. Please find the part I need for my repair. I don't believe the part is unavailable if they are able to fix it. Just make a new part. I pay thousands of dollars for warranty service. I do not believe that the repair company does not have a spare electrical board to fix my refrigerator. This has been very stressful and inconvenient. I will continue to contact Sears warranty folks to fix my ice maker.

Ignacio identified and resolved the problem I was having with crooked fridge French doors. He immediately assessed the issue and made the repair in less than 5 minutes. He was delightfully courteous, personable while completing his job. He also took the time to check related systems for my fridge and made other minor adjustments.
