Service tech was awesome! Very polite and professional. Got the job done. Customer service, not the best. You can't actually talk to anyone. Prompted voice menus work in some case but I really needed to talk to an actual person. I submitted an email with my concerns and still have received a reply to that. This has been more than 3 weeks. The work is done now and I hope it holds up. I was without a refrigerator for close to a month.
