Separate the tech from my Home Warranty insurance, the service tech was very good. Just FYI the Select Home Warranty has been horrible, don't let them have you to get a technician. Apparently they only cover the part not labor, the most expensive thing is the labor. Had to place a stop payment since SHW doesn't know the meaning of cancel.
