So this is the 2nd time that the automated system from Sears has made me reschedule an appointment. You will never talk to an actual person when calling the number they make you call when you have a service. Both the technicians that came are great but there customer service (not the people's) sucks. Each time I get a call to let them know I have received all the parts the automated system forces me to reschedule my appointment and it is very frustrating. I do not recommend them as a whole but their technicians are fabulous.
