Great communication about arrival time. Arrived and confirmed complaint about appliance. Direct communication throughout the process about what was found to be the issue and what could and would be done to remedy it. Swiftly got to work confirmed machine was running properly, followed up with instructions to test repairs immediately and length of repair guarantee. I have run my washing machine and it is working great. Thank you for excellent customer service.

Brian did an excellent job of checking the current conditions of the washing machine and replacing the part damaged. However, I was not satisified with the work that Victor did. He was the first home service technician and stated that the machine was fine as is and that was not true. It took over a month and several home services technicians to fix the washing machine.
