Thank you to Brian for the great service! He was professional and he was knowledgeable about my cooktop. He is an expert. Sears has always been my go-to for tools, equipment and my appliances. But the Sears Home Service dispatch in the Philippines is the worst I have ever experienced. I was supposed to get a 15% off coupon with this service call, but they wouldn't honor it. They couldn't get the facts straight and it took 3 service appointments to get my cooktop repaired. I ordered all parts through Sears parts direct. They were OEM parts and were verified. Thank you Brian for elevating the Sears reputation!
