The technician was really helpful. Nothing bad to say about him. What I'm not happy with is that I paid for five years insurance and it doesn't cover the speaker which doesn't work anymore and I'm about to turn 4 years with my fridge. Very disappointed. Everything in my house is Samsung, not going to be anymore.

I filled one out on my phone but Brian deserves to be recognized. He is the only technician who has come to work on my dishwasher who actually listened to what I told him about the appliance. Four different techs in 2 years were unable to find a problem even though it leaked and sometimes all over the floor. I quit using because of smell. Brian actually pulled out of cabinet and looked for problem, Took 10 min to find problem even though not the problem he continued looking and it is working with no standing water the smell was bad but 2 bottles cleaner fixed that problem. Thank you for sending someone who actually wants to fix the problem, not like other before him. Thank you Brian
