Victor is amazing but overscheduled you guys need more technicians in this area. I waited over a month for him to come to fix my system. I only took him two hours. Once again, Victor is amazing. A+ very knowledgeable knows his job works efficiently and effectively. He is lacking support.

Steven seemed to know his stuff and got us working. He was also very nice as well. 5 stars for Steven. The only issue with Sears Home Warranty is calling them and getting help. We must spend an average of 8 hours per issue. Not sure the savings are worth the headache.
